You're in that "in between" phase. unfortunately, your hair will be impossible to manage until it goes a bit past the shoulders. And even if your hair plays well (ie, straight thin hair that just drops, doesn't kink), it will looks strange because it's not short yet not long.

I would suggest doing what Antonio Banderas does and slick it back until it's longer.
