Get ur hair cut in layers shoulder wise which will look cute on you. that way ur nose wont be the main attraction your hair will. Like for me example. so, my main question, when did you get out of school? and id say cute waves, leave it down, and dont use the straightener, the curler, or the blowdrier. just brush it a bit after you get out of the shower, and you should be set.
alright long layers are cute it's nothing drastic but it's a good look for long hair, now i would go for bangs if i were you since they are coming back into style but definitely long bangs that sweep to the side, its casual and very simple and cute not to mention easy to take care of..also it looks real cute when strightened
Hmm, I would advise long shaggy layers and straighten your hair. Also, side bangs that you can sweep to the side. That is always really cute.
cut it a little lower than your shoulders and have it straightened if it isn't already. put your hair up simple and make it kindof bumpy[only slightly]. everyone loves that style!
I think layers are always pretty on long hair - especially brown hair colors. You can chose between light to heavy layering. Medium would probably be best to give your hair more volume and having long hair layered thins it slightly so it's more manageable. You could try and soft side swept fringe. I wouldn't go for blunt bangs - they'll be out in a couple months.

I'd go with a med. length cut (right above your bra line) and do lots of layers. straighten your hair and put Sammy anti frizz oil in the tips of your hair. also if you want bangs make sure its the full think bangs that Bettie page has. (Bettie had a square face as well.)

First you would want to talk to your hairstylist so that your hair can kind of grow and become that style. As for styling I would apply a straightening (balm, gel,cream, milk etc) and blow drying it with a round brush(don't but too much product in your hair). When you blow dry it make sure that you have the blow dryer close to your hair when you do it (not too close) Just make sure the straightening product protects against heat damage. That should do the trick (it works for me)

I have long blond hair that is about a little past the middle of my back. i also have bangs and a slightly round face. i know no bangs is the style right now but i need a way to put them back and a good hairstyle that fits. i don't like my hair up that much because it makes my face look fat. i have grown out some bangs on each side on the very edge that i put back over the top of my head everyday but I'm getting sick of it. I think you can try side bangs and try wavy hair. You can keep some of your hair down and tie it up so you still have some hair around your face to take away the roundness. Try a cute headband or something too. good luck!

oh this is fune as i have long hair as well and love trying out different hairstyles.. i usually love to put mine up in a high ponytail with a few strands pulled down for the soft feminine look.. i also love plaiting and tying up half and leaving the rest down... a cute casual twist looks great too.. but it would depend on the outfit and the kind of look you're going for.. if its casual, then maybe a pony, western - then a plait, elegant - bun or twist, french twist usually looks good.. or you could just leave it down but maybe curl it to give it a romantic sexy look and suiper straight for the sleek professional look... i live in the la area and want some suggestions of good hair salons/stylists that don't charge and arm and a leg to get a basic trim/cut. i've been to really expensive salons before as well as the "cheap" supercuts salons...i wasn't super pleased with either for the prices i paid. is there a nice hair salon in either pasadena, south pas, alhambra, arcadia or san gabriel area that does a good job and charges a fair price? i am female and have a very basic hairstyle...long hair with side-swept bangs. right now, i just want to trim my bangs and cut my hair about 2 inches. if you have any places in mind that won't charge me more than $40 for this, please let me know. thanks!
I also live in LA, there are a lot of hair salons that do a great job. I go to fantastic sams to get my trims, they do a good job and arnt expensive. Good luck finding a place that suites you.

Hello, I Recently Got My Hair Pressed For My Birthday 1 week or so ago. My hair is normal length for a black girl so its like a few inches before my shoulder bone like where your throat is but it's not long enough to reach my shoulder. If I were you I'd just wrap it. At night wrap your hair (in a circle around your head) and then in the morning comb it down. It'll keep your hair straighter longer, and you won't need to use any heat on it b/c your skull acts like a big roller. Go to www.motionshair.com and they tell you how to wrap your hair.

Lol. Have fun with your hair - it's the most versatile out there. You could wear it down; half up, half down; have cornrows at the sides and a quiff in the middle, and tie it down (Fergie from Black Eyed Peas had something similar); part your hair just off center and have one side with cornrows (kinda like what Nicole from The Pussy Cat Dolls had last year); have a fringe; tie the top half up and divide the bottom vertically and make it into two braids. It's hard to explain in words, but if you're stuck for inspiration think about music artists and actors (check out Kyla Pratt's hair styles in early episodes of One on One) and take bits of what you like!

i wear a headband almost everyday. a cute black simple one or something of the sort. i take my bangs and use a bobby pin to pin them behind my ear. then i put the headband over it to "hide" the bobbypin. it look great.
i also do the halfup, halfdown hairstyle. i take a ponytail and gather the hair fromthe top part of my head. then i pin my bands back loosely.

a low ponytail thats slightly off to the side looks really great with long hair and bangs. once agin, i usually pin my bangs back. its looks great and sophisticated. i do it when the weather it really crappy or if i have a bad hairday! i seems to make up for it all! :]

Dont go out and buy anything expensive.
First: Purchase a mild Shampoo (To Clarify hair, I will explain why)
Second: TRIM your hair ends (May 1 1/2 to 2 inches)
Third: Here's the magic part: Mix olive oil, almond oil, coconut oil, avocado oil and a "little" honey, (honey u will have to heat so it can blend). Either leave on ALL day or all night (if all nite, DONT use honey)
Use a teaspoon of every oil and honey,.... a little more if ur hair is long or a little less if ur hair is short
Repeat this 3-4 times a week, your hair will grow like a weed, fortify, reconstruct, moisturize, soften %26amp; remove all frizz I promise,..... and it will be super shiny!!!!
The clairifying shampoo will help take the oil off your hair when u shower
You can also use a conditioner but get a light conditioner that wont wiegh ur hair down, becuz u can over condition, I use herbl essences "clean happy" conditioner.
When I do this at nite, I wake up, shampoo %26amp; condition, rinse and style as usual. Has worked for years
You can find olive oil anywere, but the other oils you will have to buy at a local organics store, wholes foods or BJ's health corner.

I have straight hair (to my waist). I try not to use pony tail holder (even the cloth covered ones). I either wear my hair in one or two french braids with small hair ties on the ends (it takes a little practice, but it is well worth the time). I also found a large clip at the mall called an octupus. I can twist my hair up and clip it without using any hair ties.

why dont you embrace the curl...i do with mine...sometimes i straighten it but most of the time i put curling gel/mousse/cream in it to help with the frizz and help to embrace the curl...

A French braid is always wonderful. Any braid actually. Pony tails work for hot days. Buns,,,not so much. Pig tails that are down low that cover the ear, perfection!

to do the hair flip, it has to generally be over your eyes, but if it's covering some of your eyes, i guess you could do it, it wouldn't look as good, but it'll still flip around.

**I posted this in the "Hair" section, but I figured that's probably more girls than guys in that section, and I don't want to get bunch of effeminate suggestions. So, let's get some *real* suggstios here!**
Okay, here are my basic "rules" for what I'm willing to consider trying. Also, bear in mind, that by "Beard", I simply mean facial hair in general; including sideburns.
1. Hairstyle has to be either short or long. None of that "shaggy" crap!
2. I'm not going to have a clean'shaven chin, though I'll keep it as closely trim as nessesary.
3. Please give a suggestion on sideburns to go with your hairstyle or beardstyle; no sideburn, mid-ear, bottom-of-ear, or whatever.
4. Hair-care tips always welcome; I'm a guy, so its not exactly second-nature to me, lol.
Short and spiky w/ some hi-lites and a nicely trimmed goatee. NO beard. The style is easy, you just get up, wet your hair, toss some gel in it, and GO! The hi-lites will add sporty, sophistication to your look. Keep the side burns but keep them the length of the sides (blended).
The style in the photo looks like regular "boy" cut like you would wear in the third grade.

A redhead will look hot regardless of hair style, unless it's too short. It's kind of too short (almost like like military style) in the cellphone picture. And any beard will look great (not too short) -- lucky you! Blond guys are much more limited in what looks good.
As for hair care, just keep it clean, but don't wash it more than once a day or even once every other day. Too much washing dries it out, and you don't need a dried-out haystack to be clean. If it's long use a tiny amount of conditioner -- too much weights down the hair. If it's not very long, just use a mild shampoo like baby shampoo and skip the conditioner.

I would suggest professional products so I can't say it would be too cheap, but I will give you the cheapest way from someone who has curly hair and managed a hair salon so I have seen some curls come in and straight walk out.
I would get a good shampoo and conditoner kit (not a 2 in one) and I would suggest this time of year going to a Trade Secret they have good deals on sets. Try Sleek looks by matrix that is my fav. and go with the shampoo %26amp; conditoner and then you will ask them about silk therapy from Biosilk. and Laminate spray from Sebastion. Ok you are saying geesh this is expensive. I know! But once you buy it you will have it for a while and it will help fix your hair from being dry. And I have used all kinds of flat irons from the cheapest to the ones priced out of site! I would go with one by the brand name Helon of Troy it is 30 bucks at a Trade Secret and it had been the best one of the ones I have had, I owned a Chi, the paul mitchell straightner, and I don't find they straighten it all the way.
Now with all these products I can tell you that you will have straight hair and make sure it is cut, that will sometimes make it not turn out so great, if you have dead ends that will make it frizz. I would say to get your hands on all this stuff you are looking at about $60 bucks, not sure if you can beg for it for christmas lol :) and one tip if you go with this stuff, heat the flat iron several times before using it, And it will work better, the more you use it the better it is, kinda have to break it in. And start from underneath dont try to do a lot of hair at once.
Ok well goodluck now that I have told you the secret :) I hope you are able to get these products the laminate spray and biosilk are very important put the biosilk on about a dime to quarter size through your hair wet and you will spray one spray on dry hair of the laminate on to the hair before you straighten it and then run the flat iron down it couple times, and you will have straight hair and it will look healthy and not dry. And be careful and don't straighten it too much it will dry it out.
for straight styles, you have to roll the brush repeatedly till strand totally dry the more rotations you do the softer and silkier the hair, use sunsilk the green bottle for frizz it will help. and for beautiful curls remeber to always use mousse to define the curls...but the trick for the best curly hair texture is moisture moisture moisture
Shampooing with shampoo and a bit of mayonnaise actually controls frizzy hair. It really isn't as gross as it sounds and it has worked wonders for me! Another thing that has helped is to put chapstick or other types of lip balm on the roots of your hair.
*Both of these solutions should be used while showering or bathing.
The products i would reccomend would be bed head control freak line.....it has a shampoo and conditioner, a serum/gel like...that you put in the hair yet, a spray called xtra xtra straight which can be applied to wet and dry hair (dry - in moderation) when you put that it sry is calms down most of those frizzy hairs or the ones that just go wild....also get a trim every couple months to keep hair healthy
I always blow dry my hair as straight as I can get it with a claw attachment by holding out my hair in sections and putting the claw in my hair, pointing down with the blow dryer and taking it down my hair slowly. This seems to work a lot quicker than using a round brush, and it seems to get it smoother since you are going down the hair shaft. Then I go over it with my CHI iron. The heat protection products I use are "Make It Straight" by VO5 and "Dangerously Straight" flat out finishing spray by Herbal Essences. Here is a link to a page with the picture of a blow dryer pick (claw) attachment. You can also buy a universal one that fits almost any blow dryer from Sally's Beauty Supply for $5 bucks. I always hated my curly hair but that was just because I didn't know what to do with it, now that I've embraced it, I know how it works! Curly hair looks really cute short and is much more easier to manage than long hair. Maybe try that, your hair won't look dry anymore and when you straighten it it'll look flirtier and much healthier.
my 3yr old boy has long blonde curly hair down to his shoulder Blades, I feel, albeit reluctantly that it now needs a trim, I don't want it shaved off as once thats done I doubt it'll ever be the same again.
But I'm really dubious about taking him to a hairdresser; 1- because the only time I ever took him they charged me 鎷?0.00 for cutting nothing when he cried and shot up my shoulder + wouldn't let them touch it. 2- I don't want him coming out looking stupid because he looks too feminine (he does look boyish at the moment in a michael Bolton sort of way.

My son had the same curls! I was very reluctant to cut/trim his hair too, and I'm a Cosmetologist!
I saved ONE long 'lock' from the back, when I decided to cut it, and made the hair cut fun for him. I had a black cape and turned it backwards on him. (told him it was a batman cape!)
When children are this young, style is not really important. They usually won't sit still long enough to go thru a 'style' cut.
The intent is to get them comfortable with someone cutting their hair. In the beginning, the shorter time they're in the chair, the better!
The first time I cut my son's hair, I just did an end trim. (cut around 1-2 inches off. (blunt cut)
Get him used to going to get a trim first. If you take too much hair the first time, he may end up crying and causing a scene. Most children like their hair and are very reluctant to having it cut. (I remember as a child having nightmares about getting it all cut off!) This is not what you want to do!
The one thing that urked me the most about cutting children's hair in the salon I worked in, was that mom and dad would tell me how to cut their child's hair, then stand over me.
Control is a big issue for growing children. If you don't let them have some control over their lives, they rebel in other ways. The one way we can give them a choice, without them getting hurt, is their own hair.
When he gets older, let him decide. If the cut they choose doesn't look good, then they'll learn an important lesson. The good news is that it grows back out!
Best advice: Start out with a simple trim. Go into other hairstyles when he gets older and can appreciate them. Right now he's just too young. Ask the Cosmetologist to make it fun for him. Ask is they have a 'child's cape' he can wear. Tell him about the cape before you go. Be excited about it and maybe he'll get excited too!

Why not get a mobile hairdresser to come to your house...that way you can sit him in front of his favorite tv programme and he will forget that the hairdresser is there!
At 3 yrs of age his hair length is not an issue. Take him to a local well know hairdresser if you must cut it. Try surfing the

I'm not saying cut it all off, but cut it a bit shorter so you don't have to worry about tangles and him getting food and what not in it.
but if you absolutely don't want it cut short then I'd just do an at home trim for him if you can get him to hold still long enough ; )

Deemonie...... Try looking at the models for mens underware on undergear, and other places. Im sure you will find something you maybe able to use. If you do fill out a form for a free pamplet, and you will have it to take with you to the stylist. A lot of the styling shops have books to help you if you ask. Good Luck!
If you will be working with the public you will have to keep it neat. This may include a haircut so you don't have any hair covering your eyes or face. I can't tell you what this style looks like. If you will be working behind-the-scenes so to speak then they could allow for a more natural, clean look. Put some product in it so you don't look like you just got up though.
When I attended college in late 1970's the longer hairstyles of today are exact, like the Beatles. You will not be interviewing for a position clients or visitors of the business will often approach I don't believe. Changes in style occur and noted by upper management in many ways, i.e., daughter brings in date, son grow the style, seen on TV, etc. Interview as your are, dress nice, let manager speak, you have info you researched night before to show interest, and you ask questions you wrote down as well at proper intervals.
Always ask what are the dress codes and if you need to cut your hair you will notice that as soon as you walk through the door. A huge mistake by men and women, stay focused and KEEP your eyes off the women (women off men) when you come in to interview. The Dress Code is a good "lead-in" question and if the manager has interest they will tell you company policy. Another "lead-in" question, "may I review company policy if you have in writng?" If handed one, then it becomes your decision to accept, manager already is "yes".
I once allowed potential employees I interviewed if I felt convertible to converse with current just to see if this was going to work, but each needs to form their own opinion.

With longer hair, you should target companies that are more edgy, like an advertising firm, etc. Don't bother with law firms or more conservative offices. They will most likely go for the more traditional business style.
Honestly, most bosses are skeptical about hiring someone who is so concerned with keeping their hair looking "cool". They figure that this person has priorities that will conflict with doing a good job.
Especially problematic is the idea of hair over your eyes. I think that part will have to go if you want anyone to take you seriously. Most people find it suspicious that someone is hiding their eyes under their hair.
You might consider something that women in their 20s have been doing since the 80s: two hairstyles - 1 for work, 1 for after hours - 1 head of hair!

CURLING STRAIGHT HAIR AND IT HOLDING THE CURL FOR SEVERAL HOURS? My wedding is in July and I want to wear my hair half-up/ half-down and really wavy like the pics. My main question is how do I make my hair curl the best and HOLD the curl for several hours?
Also, my elbow-length veil will start at the top of the back of my head and will not cover my face.
What do I need to use to pull my hair half-up that won't be too much in the way of the comb on my veil (or whatever it's called that holds the veil on)?

As a woman with super fine hair, it is better to get some soft foam rollers and wear them overnight. This is the only way my hair stayed curled. When I used rollers and curling irons, my hair stayed curled for about 5 minutes.

well i think you should go to a hairstylist to get your hair done. thats the only way you can be sure your hair will work right.
but... i can tell you that if you get maybe a 1 1 and a 1/2 inch to 2 inch curling iron that will be where you should start. then get some strong *** hair spray with super strong hold. you may need a friend to help with your hair. pull your hair half up to start and then curl. dont try it the other way, trust me, it wont work. then curl. you should should spray the hair with hair spray, curl, release, and spray again. the curl will hold forever. i dont know what color you hair is though. ive done this to my hair and my sisters hair, ours is brown, and even though the hold is VERY stiff, it did not move. i even slept in it and it was very curled the next day. good luck and congrats!!!
Use rollers. Put them in when your hair is wet, and use hair spray, our mousse, whatever you like. After your hair is dry, take the rollers out, and you should have some great curls!
I think the curling iron will take forever, esp. if you have thick or long hair. You may want to use hot rollers and hair spray. Then the rollers sit in your hair for a long time until they cool. The curls tend to stay longer, I find.

talk to a hair dresser that you trust with these pics and they can tell you how they will do it. usually involves lots of hair spray.
Make an appointment with a stylist, prior to the wedding, take the picture to her, and she will practice on your hair for half the cost on the day of your wedding...Like say on the day of your wedding, she will charge you 50 bucks, well, to practice, it usually costs half that. There are special sprays they put in prior to curling that helps hold the curls in place, and then a finishing spray last for extra hold.. She will even put your veil in place too.
Your hairdresser will be your best friend in doing this - they have all the tricks of the trade. Go for a trial run before.

Well the reason that I did a f/h was because I sorta butchered the front, so I decided to go all the way. :)
F/hawks are way out of style this fall so I would totally drop it.
What I could suggest from your length is that you trim it all to an even length and spike it.
Judging from the sides and back, it may be hard to do anything else. If your environment isn't too strict, you could always experiment with color while waiting for it to grow out: it usually makes awkward hair seem a little better.

Yep, my hair is awful. It is long, thick, and dark brown. Whenever it drys it gets frizzy wherever the sun shines and i need a new hairstyle other than the classic ponytail. Braids dont work because it is semi-layered and if i let it hang down it is so wavy i look like im out of the 50's...HELP!
Don't straighten it. It's unhealthy for your hair, and it's just sort of unnatural looking.
Just accept that you have that sort of hair and learn how to do well with that. Don't crimp it/straighten it or do anything that will make it unhealthy and time consuming.
Even in a ponytail you can make lots of different hairstyles. You can make a high ponytail, low, loose strands, parted to the side, swept back, etc.
Just take care of it and you'll see that it looks best when you let it be what it is while just enhancing it.
go get a straightener... Revlon has one for $20 that you can get a Walmart. It will give you a nice, smooth look.

Buy a ceramic straightener, wal mart has some good ones. Completely dry your hair and then begin straightening hair in 2 inch sections (very important) you will be amazed at the results. Have your mom help the first time or a friend, it can be difficult.
Deep condition to help with the poofyness. I have the same problem and deep conditioning and moisturzers help alot.

I'm tired of either wearing it in a bun, ponytail, or down... when I wear it down and use moose to scruch it, later in the day it is frizzy, it stinks. When I wear it up/bun my hair sticks out in the front, so I use the moose to keep it down. I have to wash it so when i brush it the bottom doesn't frizz.

i have the same color hair and it is also long and very curly/frizzy. i use bead head frizz control sserum along with sunsilk frizz one and mose if i leave it down. i part it to the side with side bangs a little longer than the corner of my eye. I like to wear it half up in a cute clip or clip the one side back. also i like to just sometimes wear it down but bobbypin the side bangs back on top my head. a skinny head band looks nice too sometimes. Layering i found gives u more volume and helps a little with the frizz. usually i like to cut it to my shoulders no shorter though.

If you want to keep your air long, thats cool, you can still get the "emo" bangs without having to cut to much. Just part your hair to the side and see how it looks. If you cut your hair in layers along with it, it will complete the look, and as long as you tell the hairstylist before-hand, you won't have to lose hardly any lengnth

Any particular reason for keeping long hair. If so then try curling all the strands it will shorten the length and also give more volume to your hair and look a bit cute.
i think the only answer to ur problem is to cut it. about to shoulder length. it would look really good and still be some-what long. get some layers and sweep it to the side.

If you have short hair, straighten it, then flip it out just a tad, then get a really cute sparkly clip and go to the left side of your hair pull a piece back and clip it!! Its very simple, but i think you'd look pretty!

I too have long hair, and I like to do a low side braid, then put the braid into a bun.

But when i did i rather liked puting it up with a big clip and letting some of is kind of come out the top. very cute and off your neck.

the cutest bobs are thick....it blows better in the wind and it doesn't get as messy. Also, long and narrow faced people look nice w/ bobs.

But anything short will look cute on you sence your face is long. Yea, make sure you get layers. And it will still look cute with thick hair, maybe you can thinn it out?
I am a guy who loves 70s rock music, so I have been influenced to get that led zeppelin hairstyle, but over the years i've found that people at school arnt too fond of it. so I am willing to get it cut a bit or change styles to make it more appealing. Its wavy/curly, the bangs sit on my eyebrows, and the sides and back are just above my shoulders, I use sunsilk antipoof cream to control it , but its still a bit puffy, I know that personality is more important, but I still want to look good, so how do you suggest I style my hair to look more modern and appealing?
Make sure you take care of your hair very well. Alot of people aren't wild about long hair, but if it's really nice, most girls can't keep their hands out of it. Keep it trimmed, grow out your bangs, comb your hair, and NEVER let it get greasy. Ideally, shoot for Heath Ledger ala Ten Things I Hate About You.

PERFECT WAVES:
you will need:
- a 1 inch curling iron
- a straiting iron
- mousse
- hairspray
what to do:
- make sure your hair is strait. if you need to straighten it, now is the time to do it. get rid of all the kinks and brush it through.
- turn the curling iron on and give it time to heat up, then select a few strands of hair %26amp; begin to curl.
- once your hair is in the curling iron, hold it for 10 seconds, and then unroll (gentley) and remove the strands of hair.
- this should give you healthy, boncing looking waves.
- repeat with more hair, until all strands have been curled.
- take your mousse and use it to push and make your hair bounce. this adds volume.
- take your hairspray and apply holding the hairspray one ruler length away from your head and spray.

Dont go out and buy anything expensive.
First: Purchase a mild Shampoo (To Clarify hair, I will explain why)
Second: TRIM your hair ends (May 1 1/2 to 2 inches)
Third: Here's the magic part: Mix olive oil, almond oil, coconut oil, avocado oil and a "little" honey, (honey u will have to heat so it can blend). Either leave on ALL day or all night (if all nite, DONT use honey)
Use a teaspoon of every oil and honey,.... a little more if ur hair is long or a little less if ur hair is short
Repeat this 3-4 times a week, your hair will grow like a weed, fortify, reconstruct, moisturize, soften %26amp; remove all frizz I promise,..... and it will be super shiny!!!!
The clairifying shampoo will help take the oil off your hair when u shower
You can also use a conditioner but get a light conditioner that wont wiegh ur hair down, becuz u can over condition, I use herbl essences "clean happy" conditioner.
When I do this at nite, I wake up, shampoo %26amp; condition, rinse and style as usual. Has worked for years
You can find olive oil anywere, but the other oils you will have to buy at a local organics store, wholes foods or BJ's health corner.

I have straight hair (to my waist). I try not to use pony tail holder (even the cloth covered ones). I either wear my hair in one or two french braids with small hair ties on the ends (it takes a little practice, but it is well worth the time). I also found a large clip at the mall called an octupus. I can twist my hair up and clip it without using any hair ties.
P.S. love herbal essance dangerously straight!!

I have about the same length of hair:) Here are some ideas of what you can do with it:
*Straighten
*Scrunch (use a curling gel)
*Curl (curling iron)
*Pigtails (you can straighten or curl the ends,too)
*Braids (one,two,50)
*Side pony tail
*Lower or higher ponytail then normal
*Bun (classic,messy)
*Half up,half down (you can put the "up" part into a small bun too)
Mix and match!:) Good luck with it...
Hint:accesories make any style twice as nice! Add headbands,scrunchies,clips...

If ur hair is like medium long length (a lil'longer below the sholder) and ur hair is all one length, I always do my hair half up half down (and I make sure my hair is sleek and strait before I put it up).
I also put my hair in a high pony and I make the strands hanging out wavy with this Paul Michel gell I use when I get out of the shower.

And you could always get a cute cloth headband (its more comfortable) that wraps around your head with a cute bow or lil'button, and either make ur hair wavy with gel or straight.

I love this too! Its is very elegant if done right! But does take some time. I suggest taking a shower first so your hair is wet, and comb so ur hair is neat in 2 parts. Then you will need to make one clean bun on the back of ur head on one of the sides you parted by pulling it back,(as if making a pigtail) and making sure you get all the hair up in your high bun.Tighten with a rubber band around the bun or fasten bobby pins around it. Repeat on the other side bun. Tip:You could always braid it first then make a bun. and when U braid it bobby pin it son the ends of ur braided hair go upwardlike this:

And always remember-there are a TON of hairstyles out there I havent even all completly mentioned like knoting ur hair, (I suggest this w/ short hair) or a making a lil'bow loop thing right be4 you take out all the hair of your ruber band! But if u want a DRAMATIC change, go to the salon and if u wear it DOWN all the time get layers(dont do this if you like ponies) or short! Talk w/ur hair styler 4 more tips!
