I have, long, dark blonde hair that goes down to my elbows. My bangs are really long, and all the hair closest to my face is chin-length. I can not dye my hair because of my parents, and I don't want to cut it shorter. Other than some kind of spiky pigtails, are there any other emo or punk styles for longer hair?

If you want to keep your air long, thats cool, you can still get the "emo" bangs without having to cut to much. Just part your hair to the side and see how it looks. If you cut your hair in layers along with it, it will complete the look, and as long as you tell the hairstylist before-hand, you won't have to lose hardly any lengnth
