an angled cut is cut short in the back and goes longer in the front. starts in the back at about th top of your neck and ends up a little below your chin in the front. I love layers too, but yea they are kinda getting dull... I was thinking of cutting it too... but you know winter is coming... short is good in the summer and longer is better in the winter, thats always a good rule of thumb I think... but an angle cut is very cute with a darker hair color, maybe a deep brown with deep red tips or highlights... Ohhh and has anyone ever tried the ionic breeze, its like a blowdrier with a brush on the end, it works sooo great, especially with layers, it will curl the tips of your hair in literally 5 min, i use mine every morning and i get sooo many compliments, and seriously takes 5 min to curl it! I would try that with your layers before cutting it! kmart has a generic version that is also deff. worth it! That one is blue and comes with like 3 attachments, only 20 bucks or so...maybe 30, but prob. the best 30 bucks ever spent! give it a try, i turned on like at least 15 people who still to this day love and use it every day... i have had it for about 3 years... works great! good luck!
