Hairstyles with straight long layers and side bangs.?

Im getting my hair cut soon and re-dyed/highlighted.

Right now its a very bright blonde and pretty much all one length. Ive had it cut into layers in the past and they've never really done exactly what i wanted. I need pictures so that i have a reference of to what i would like. I havent been able to find a picture of what i want either.

If you could help that would be great.

Im looking for long layers with nice side bangs preferably blonde. I like the color with the highlights of Lauren Conrads hair but with more layers in it.

I also like Ashley Tisdale's bangs. But they look a tad bit too heavy and blocky.
